Julie Rowland
President of Quadrivium Advisors, Teacher, Educator, Coach, and
Guide
I have always found happiness in the achievements of those I serve. Whether it was guiding my high
school students to success as a math teacher or helping my clients reach financial milestones in my
financial advisory business, I’ve always been driven to support others in reaching their goals.
For the last 10+ years, I’ve been channeling that passion into helping entrepreneurs lead their
businesses with confidence and clarity. Through Peer Advisory Councils and Quadrivium Connections
groups, I provide small business owners with a structured support system to navigate the ups and
downs of entrepreneurship. These groups allow them to share experiences, gain insights, and find
real, objective perspectives from like-minded professionals.
As an entrepreneur myself, I know firsthand the demands of building a business from the ground up.
Small business owners often feel isolated and overextended, with little time to step back and
objectively assess their operations. That’s where the strength of a peer group can make all the
difference. By connecting with others in a council, entrepreneurs benefit from collective wisdom and
the accountability needed to reach their goals.
Finding a need for better networking, I formed Quadrivium Connections which offers a unique platform
for entrepreneurs and business leaders to engage in structured networking providing invaluable
insights, accountability, and support from like-minded professionals. Through these focused
connections, members gain fresh perspectives, solve challenges collaboratively, and make smarter,
more confident decisions to drive their businesses forward.
I can honestly say that I love what I do. The people I’ve met, the businesses I’ve helped, and the
relationships I’ve built have all enriched my life in ways I never expected. Helping others succeed
has not only been rewarding professionally but has also added so much meaning and fulfillment to my
own journey.
